I’m a longtime BMW rider and looked to go to a different brand. After looking, the reason I stayed with BMW was Charlie the service manager. For years he has gone above and beyond my expectations taking care of me and my bike. I knew no other dealer would take care of me half as well as he has. When I bought my new bike, Landon was the sales person I dealt with. He was great and made the process very easy. Always a great experience at Seattle BMW!

Took my bike in for it's 2 year oil change and brake fluid flush. I was worried about a possible leak as well. Max has great customer service with prompt communication. I left my bike overnight and he told me he would call me first thing in the morning to notify me of any issues. He called the next morning and luckily all I needed was the oil change and brake fluid flush. He was able to also get a radiator guard installed as I requested.
