I had good service experience, amazing team of people. I wish the sitting arrangements could be better.
Worked with Brad on spare parts (disc rotors) for my 2018 BMW S1000 XR and I am 100% certified with the service I received. I ordered the wrong parts online and Brad was very helpful working with me to make sure I get the correct parts. He also let me return the incorrectly ordered (unused) parts for a credit. Great experience, thanks again!
Folks at BMW of Seattle are great, I dropped off my bike for annual service on Friday afternoon and was told it’ll be ready Tuesday, but I asked max at service if he could expedite it for Saturday afternoon otherwise it would’ve been another week before I could pick up the bike , he called me Saturday at 10 AM to let me know that the bike is done and ready.
