Took my bike in for it's 2 year oil change and brake fluid flush. I was worried about a possible leak as well. Max has great customer service with prompt communication. I left my bike overnight and he told me he would call me first thing in the morning to notify me of any issues. He called the next morning and luckily all I needed was the oil change and brake fluid flush. He was able to also get a radiator guard installed as I requested. Max is great. I’m the new rider, and always have lots of questions and concerns. Charlie is awesome as well. They answer all my questions in professional manner and always go extra mile. I’m so happy I’ve chosen working with them.

My experience with their service department (Charlie) has generally been great but their parts department are a nightmare to deal with. Most recently, I ordered a windshield for my R18 bike, and while asking for a quote, I sent them a picture of exactly which windshield I wanted. They ordered the incorrect part, and when I asked them about it they wouldn’t acknowledge their fault, said “now you’re splitting hair,” and gave up on trying to give me a refund because they didn’t “want to be stuck with a windshield they couldn’t ... read more
