I’ve been riding motorcycles for 15 years, and unfortunately BMW Motorcycles of Jacksonville has been the worst dealership experience I’ve ever had. I bought a bike here a little over a year ago, and from the start the staff showed very limited knowledge when it came to helping me understand or set up the motorcycle—especially the suspension. I brought the wheels from my R1200 GS to have new Continental TKC 80 front and 70 Rocks rear tires mounted. The service was fantastic, a pleasure. They were able to do it for me as we went for lunch. Thank you!
