Had my 1250GS flat bed towed to the service department due to starting issues and numerous fault messages on the TFT. Within an hour a faulty battery was diagnosed and replaced. I was surprised that was the issue but it proved correct and bike is now running normally. John in service was very helpful and kept me informed as to what was being done. David and Adam in parts department also have been most helpful with ordering riding gear and helping with sizing and returns until finding the correct fit.
BMW Motorcycles of Jacksonville in Orange Park was Awesome to work with. I made several trips to the dealership while shopping used bikes and asking the salesman (Eric)lots of questions. He did not pressure me to buy a new motorcycle however after my research it made sense to purchase a new bike. I got a great deal on a new GS and the dealership did everything they said they would do. Having a warranty including the option to extend it to 7 years ( unlimited mileage) and decent terms on financing a new MC became my future.
A friend and I brought in two older, well loved bikes to "get them running" for either use or sale. Conversations with tge service department were clear, honest and fair including estimates and ultimate bills. They worked very well with us around schedules, time frames and ultimate actual work.
