If you own a Triumph don't bring it here. Terrible experience. The service department only has basic knowledge of Triumphs, I actually had to offer suggestions before giving up on what I was asking for. When I got home, I found that my chain was way over-tightened so I had to undo their work ($60 just for that) The parts department was very unprofessional with me and I even overheard them talking badly about a customer after they got off the phone.
Extremely unprofessional. Google and their website say they close at 7pm, completely closed at 6:25pm. When I called the next day Abby just said "oh that's corporates problem, we close at 6". Wasted over an hour drive each way.
So the plan is to move locations and just fire the entire team that built your reputation? That says everything I need to know about the ownership. Instead of bringing your loyal, knowledgeable staff with you — the people who’ve consistently gone above and beyond — you’re choosing to cut them loose and start fresh with new hires? Things have gone downhill since new ownership. The service dept is in serious decline. Mgmt makes excuses for why my bike has been there for 4 weeks, after a failed repair that they screwed up. Instead of telling me that they will take care of the issue immediately, they just make excuses for their lackluster work. I would really consider who is gonna do your bike maintenance and repairs before you buy a bike from these guys. They no longer seem to have the skills or mgmt to handle the job.
