I went to Cycle Center of Denton on Saturday and looked at particular BMW cycle. Mason and RJ were the folks I talked to and both were very helpful. I went back on Tuesday and test drove the cycle I was interested in, got lost in Denton (not familiar with Denton), ended up test driving 30 odd miles / 1 hour. TERRIBLE COSTUMER SERVICE: I called Cycle Center of Denton (where I bought the bike) to schedule a 12k service, one week in advanvce. They scheduled me for yesterday (Oct 4th). When I got there SURPRISE: first, the technician SIMPLE DON'T COME WEDNESDAYS! Second (it's not a joke!) they don't have AN OIL GASKET in stock to make the service! HOW THEY SCHEDULED THIS SERVICE?
