My BMW motorcycle is my favorite bike in my garage. After riding it for 6000 miles it was time to take it in for service. I called to schedule a service time and was in within a week. If you have dealt with motorcycle dealerships in the past you might be surprised by how quick I got in. I arrived promptly for my scheduled 10am appointment. When I arrived only 1 employee was there and no one to take the bike in. I finally was ready to leave my bike at 10:30. Great customer service. First hand experience. When they didn't have the item in stock that I ordered for Christmas they contacted me the day after my order to ask if I wanted to wait, cancel or change my order. That saved much time and gave me a change to reorder in time for Christmas.
