No masks..... Anywhere
First call, got an answer and was supposedly directed to the service. After 5 minutes on hold the phone went to ring so I expected a pick-up. Nope, it literally rang for 1 minute and then they simply hung up. Called back, they don't answer at all. I've got 5 bikes and this unprofessional place will NEVER get my business. There is a reason this place gets bad reviews...and they don't care if they do.
Bad Service. This is the second time I have tried to schedule my BMW K1200 LT for service and can't get anyone to answer the phone or call back. Another time, I needed a part that was broken and couldn't get a call back. This is without a doubt the worst BMW motorrad location that I have experienced in 10 years as a BMW rider. They are not customer focused.
Brought my S1000RR, great experience and great customer service.
