Jackson and Shane were easy to work with.
Had my 2023 R1250 Rt serviced at Cape Fear moto group and they did a fantastic job. Runs better than new!
Was only in for a State Inspection this time, but, Staff treated me like any other service effort, had me in and out quickly, and didn't pressure for any additional services. I generally like to combine the State inspections with other work to make it worth the Delaership's time, but, coudn't this time and still got the same great service. Thanks BMW of Cape Fear!
This is my 2nd time buying a motorcycle from this dealership. My first one was the 2025 BMW S1000RR and it went great. This is why I went back to buy my 2026 Ducati Panigale V4 because it was a smooth process and I was there for hours. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a motorcycle as they are definitely top tier 🫡
