Very dishonest didn't get all my deposit back .careful with this shop
I give this place zero stars! Horrible customer service. I was left without a car for 5 days and charged for 3 hours of service when the service took only 15 min. I ended up paying $1330.00. Then i was told i needed to come back for more repairs that were going to total another $1400.00! I thank God i found an honest mechanic on Main St in El Centro that repairs BMW’s that charged me half the price and left my car running like new. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!!!
I contacted Southside Euro in the Summer or 2023 regarding getting my headlight lenses on my 2008 BMW M3 replaced. After some back and forth, a date was finally set for my appointment and I was assured that it would be done the same day as I live an hour away and would need my vehicle to get back home. Upon arriving to my appointment on 09/25/23, there was a huge lack of coordination as they didn’t even seem to have a record of my appointment even though there were several calls leading up to this.
