Quand ont appele il ny a plus de choix comme par exemple, presser 2 pour les pieces 3 le service. Simplement 0 pour la reception qui ne repond pas et ont attend. Ensuite le systeme nous dit qu'il ne sont pas en mesure de prendre notre appel. Pas de choix et pas d'humain. Bienvenu chez bmw mini laval
