The best car buying experience I've had in 50 years of buying cars. It used to be a process I approached with dread, but my experience at BMW Carlsbad totally turned that around. Because you have a phenomenal sales/finance guy, Juan Duff, who not only knows the product but can also explain why it's a superior car to buy. My wife and I were so impressed that we bought another i5 a week later!
This is an overdue review. I purchased my BMW a little over a month ago and I will not go to another BMW dealer again, I live in Ramona so that says alot. First, the sales person was Christian, an admittedly new kid on the on the block, only in the position for two weeks, what a polished young man.
