Very friendly and fast service
I live in St. Louis, but was traveling to San Diego and happened to need service while I was here. I took my vehicle to BMW of Carlsbad and the service was exceptional. DAVID was my service rep and he was very attentive, Communicated well and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of
The service center at BMW of Carlsbad is amazing! They have a great staff there. Mike Nguyen and Stefano are wonderful!
I was passing through the area and had issues with my vehicle. They got my car in quickly and were equally quick to diagnose and fix the issues. Communication was also excellent and responsive.
