I made the mistake of taking my X5 to a repair shop billing itself as foreign car repair which after thousands of dollars, the issue remained. Never again, I will take the vehicle to BMW Carlsbad as they were successfully completed the repairs.
Great service and competitive pricing. The Carlsbad team always goes above and beyond to take care of my BMW and they always have loaners available.
On a previous visit, I was told that the cost to replace two filters would be $350. When I came back on another visit a month later to use a 15% birthday coupon, the cost still ended up being $350. I feel like the cost was increased to essentially eliminate the 15% coupon. And of course, there was no actual figures on my previous visit receipt for the cost estimate for these filters. It feels pretty shady.
