David, my advisor, was amazing! Very professional, respectful, explained in detail what needs to be done and covered any questions I had. I was hesitant to switch from BMW of Escondido to Carlsbad, but now I'm glad I did. I'll always request David to assist me with all my cars' needs. I highly recommend him.
