I’ll start at the end; the porter who dropped off my 2017 BMW M3 after repairs were made drove it like he stole it, doing 118mph down the freeway. Clearly he didn’t know I have a tracker installed. Utterly reckless, highly illegal and an appalling lack of respect for a customer’s car that was entrusted to them. This, alone, is enough for a 1-star review.
