My Service experience with Victor was fine. Unfortunately BMW is dragging their feet on a lemon car and will not give me a resolution. I would recommend strongly to avoid BMW electric cars (old cars with a battery thrown in).
Victor is terrific at every step in the service process. I highly recommend him.
