I had brought for an early oil change service, which they were able to detect an early stage of front tire misalignment which can become costly if it is not being addressed early enough. I recommend Concord BMW, however I wish we could have a faster turn around time for some simple services like oil change and visual inspection.
Excellent service at Concord BMW. Victor is exceptional. He’s professional, kind, knowledgeable and efficient. He was careful to explain the vehicle's service needs and provided solid advice about which way I should proceed and communicated throughout the process so I was clear as to the progress that was made. Wonderful to work with. This dealer provides loaner when available which is a huge convenience!
