Victor was very polite and considerate during my service appointment. Today was my last oil change service before my 3 year oil service contract expires. I was going to sign for another 3 year contract today but Victor recommended that I should wait until next year to maximize my contract extension. Thus saving me a year of oil service. Gabriel was knowledgeable and also very kind and courteous. He helped me locate the battery i needed.
Dropped my BMW off with them and they were very thorough with diagnostics and keeping me informed on what was happening with the car. The pricing is high but that is to be expected when owning a BMW and bringing it to the dealership. Vitia was great about getting the prices more reasonable and all around keeping me in the loop of each process going on.

5-Star Service! From drop-off to pick-up, the customer service was outstanding. Joey, the service advisor, was awesome—professional, friendly, and very helpful. Jose, the mechanic, did an excellent job as well. Overall, it was a great experience. Highly satisfied and definitely recommend!
