By going to this place, I learned 2 lessons. 1) Even if you booked your appointment with a loaner car option, always double-check by calling right before you go, because it will highly likely not be available. 2) Service Advisor or Service Manager will downplay the ETA and the situation. If they are waiting for parts, wouldn’t they know when it will arrive in today’s world? The advisor Initially mentioned that it will get done on the day of.
