Extremely disappointing experience. Several issues were brought up before we purchased the vehicle and we were assured they would be taken care of. After the sale, they refused to address them. We were promised a full detail—the car wasn't even properly washed. We spent hours waiting for service, and just days after purchasing the vehicle, we were notified it needed service that the dealership admitted they had accidentally missed before selling it to us. This place should be shut down. They forget to do service that you paid for, they try to cut corners and they tried selling jobs i clearly didn't need. They straight up lie to your face while doing all of these things too. Recently Sold my BMW and i thank GOD everyday that i never have to step foot in this place again. What a POOR representation of BMW. Every single day that this place is open is a legit miracle.
We had a great experience with Anton at BMW Certified Pre-Owned in Medford. After leaving Mercedes-Benz very disappointed as repeat customers, we decided to go look at BMWs and we left very pleased with the experience and having purchased a BMW. I would definitely recommend Anton and this BMW team for friendly, caring service. We're BMW boys now!
