Attention to detail is great! Service writer communicates everything in a clear and concise matter. They are awesome the work gets done well. I love it here!
Absolute crooks! I'm embarrassed to say how much I ultimately payed for them to fix the heater in the steering wheel! (Well into four figures...) This is because it took them 3 tries to fix the problem, each time charging me more money to replace expensive, new modules that didn't actually fix the problem and saying it wasn't their fault because they were following the computer diagnostic tool. Service is a 5 Star operation at the Medford location. Recently, I contacted Amiel for service. He quickly, scheduled my car, had the car diagnosed, and the service dept. Along with parts department, ordered what is needed, and will call me when to bring it in for this repair. You cannot ask for anything more than this prompt service. They greet you with a smile and offer there services . Thank you BMW
