Good experience
Very poor customer service!!! I have done payoff for my car at the end of December and I am waiting for month and a half to receive my title. They informed me that it can take up to 30 days to get it after release. Seems that someone is bringing it by foot!
I have gone back and forth with BMW, Navy Federal, and Idaho DMV about receiving the title and loan release for roughly 3 months now. They are the worst people I have ever dealt with. They fail to release the lien in a timely manner and same goes for sending the title to the required party. It has been a complete mess and I now know why they are rated a 1.9 star on Google. Absolutely terrible and will never work with them again.
