Got a loan with them in 2013. Paid the car off in a timely fashion. Fast forward to when i need to buy a new car and suddenly ya'll can't finance me because i've got no records of buying a car? Make it make sense. I'll go out of my way to avoid using your bank ever again.
Good experience
Very poor customer service!!! I have done payoff for my car at the end of December and I am waiting for month and a half to receive my title. They informed me that it can take up to 30 days to get it after release. Seems that someone is bringing it by foot!
