Seems like this is a common problem with this company! I bought a bmw from a friend and I’m not able to transfer the title to my name because bmw bank of North America has not released the lien on the vehicle. My first attempt to change over the title was on January 15th it has been almost a month and 4 trips to the dmv and still has not been released.
