We were on our way to the Grand Canyon, in the middle of nowhere in Arizona, when our car gave us trouble. We were about to call a tow truck and lose hours of our trip—until we met Carlos. Carlos and his team go beyond my expectations and gave an amazing experience. They have great customer service & honest work ethic which is hard to find these days. Carlos generously helped me fix my Audi and was flexible with pricing as well as time. I highly recommend this repair shop to anyone who owns a European vehicle & know & understand how important maintenance to these vehicles can be. I took my Mercedes to 3 different mechanics and none of them could find the problem. My vehicle had a no crank no start problem sporadically. Other mechanics had me change out starter multiple times and other parts that were not needed. Once I found this shop, the owner actually looked into the problem, testing module and Sensor to make sure everything was working properly, not just wanting to replace the starter right away. It’s hard to find a good mechanic in the valley especially for my BMW. I was fortunate enough to have found this place. Great service on time and honest! Ask for the owner Carlos, he was so helpful and really does now about customer service. You will not regret it.
Carlos was the nicest person. He made my vehicle repair experience so pleasant. He was very upfront and honest about what was important and necessary to be fixed and what I could hold off on. My Mini Cooper runs so smooth now. I would absolutely recommend him.
