Its rare im moved to write a review and typically its when I've received bad service but in this instance im moved to write what can only be a perfect score. I broke down on a long drive between California and Arizona during thanksgiving. Arguably the worst day to break down as no one is working. I've taken my car here for two separate issues and both times the communication was outstanding, great work along with great prices. I recommend this shop to anyone and everyone who is looking to get repairs done on their vehicle or needs a simple diagnostic ran. They go above and beyond to make you happy and you will definitely leave there knowing your car is in good hands . Carlos and his team are amazing. I drove hours to take a chance of finding a good BWM mechanic. Carlos and his team jumped right on it. Had appt. At 9 and they were ready for me. Highly recommended services from BMW and MINI repairs shop. Professional, efficiency and honesty from start to finish. I came to Carlos with an A/C issue and he gave me a diagnose since the beginning. I asked for a temporary solution and he helped me taking into consideration my situation. Later on, I decided to follow his recommendations and I couldn't be more pleased with his job. If you are looking for a knowledgeable, professional, and honest mechanic, look no further. I can’t thank Carlos enough for the work he’s done on my BMW X1. He did a comprehensive diagnosis and gave me his maintenance recommendations in order of priority.
