I had a very upsetting and unprofessional experience at this salon. During the service, the stylist handled my hair roughly, repeatedly yanking my head and scraping my scalp hard, which made the appointment physically uncomfortable. While working, she asked me if my bang length was okay. I calmly replied that it was a little shorter than expected but not bad, and that I wanted to see how it looked once everything dried. Went here for a quick and easy on the pockets cut. The lady was very nice! But my hair after the cut was choppy and not how i wanted. I do recommend going still only because im a difficult person to satisfy.

They don't know how to be gentle at all and pulled my hair very roughly. I had to endure the whole time i got the hair color and cut. The whole experience was extremely painful for me as i have sensitive sculp. When they brushed my hair, it's like they wanted to cut me with the hair brush. Never going back. Didn't really get the color and cut i wanted, either.
