The guys are very knowledgeable. I ordered my whole bathroom through them and they advised me on all parts of it. Whenever my old Victorian hose goes wrong I show them a video and they tell me what I need to do to fix the issue. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
Swung by with a broken cartridge from a sink tap. They secured two replacements for £230 and told me they'd call me within 5-6 weeks. After two months I dropped by and they had lost my number. The replacement cartridges were the wrong ones and the guy apologised saying "your plumber might be able to swap some parts around". I should've got a few different quotes before pulling the trigger on such over-priced, sub-standard parts. Give this place a skip.
Good supply merchant they have most of the things as needed good prices as well
The gentleman behind the counter plucked a figure out of the air for a plumbing fitting (it had no price tag, probably intentional) the same fitting is 150% cheaper in Screwfix, I’m all for supporting local small independent businesses but when they fleece you that’s exactly why I’ll go back to Screwfix etc…
