Just left the shop and jumped on to leave a review straight away. The customer service was amazing, Michael was a stand out with assisting us. Didn't catch her name but the lady in the plant section was very helpful and friendly too. Will definitely return for all our plant and hardware needs.
I went looking for bolts and couldn't be happier for the customer service. The store has a large range of goods.
Always great service and a gener range of goods
The staff at Mitre 10 Stenner Street are focused on human and doggy customer service! My dog Audrey was treated very well and even given treats. The store may not be as large as other Toowoomba hardware stores but the personal service is outstanding. And don't let the size of the store put you off as they have quite an extensive range of goods.
