Went to get some items yesterday. Great experience. I didn't have to wander around to find a plumbing solution, the experienced staff member spent 15 mins helping me, even got a vernier gauge to help measure adaptors. Got home all sorted. It is so unusual to get this type of service. Much easier and less stressful than the opposition.
Pretty disappointing really. Couldn't even buy a tank flange. Better than Bunnings though, they didn't even know what it was
Wonderful store with helpful staff and everything you need!
Staff are able and willing to explain and assist.
Great service and the right advice...
