Very happy with such good service. Arrived on time, no fuss with very quickly installing two smoke alarms - even vacuumed up afterwards!
The BMS team were on time, clean, capable and accomodating. I can certainly reccomend them.
I have used BMS a few times now and they are excellent. Arrive when advised, professional and thorough. Explained clearly what the problem was, showed me the issue and fixed the problem. Cannot rate them highly enough.
The guys arrived on time although they forgot they had the oven to pick up from a different address. There was an issue about the plug size but it was sorted by hard-wiring it. Somehow it took about 1.5 hours, seemed long to me. Perhaps they were trying to justify the $360+ fee. You were recommended by Sparten Appliances so although it worked out in the end it was a bit of a journey..
