My experience was extremely poor. I was not kept informed about timing on repairs nor days and times for arrival and or departure. The project lasted much longer than anticipated. Billing was not helpful or transparent.
The BMS crew did an exceptional job. Unexpected floods and remediation are never joyful time, but the responsiveness, communication, and professionalism of the BMS team were second to none. They took a lot of stress away from an otherwise very stressful situation, and put my kind at ease. They have my total trust and I would highly recommend them.
