This company should be out of business. They are bad every job they subcontract everything, they don’t know how to install a nail. They owe me $3500 made me Purchase materials and labor . The worst of the worst.

If you want unprofessional, rude, and aggressive you should hire these folks quick. We hired BMS through our insurance company and in the span of less than two business days they have: -had an employee text my wife about something not related to the job -had that same employee not show up due to his own scheduling error, resulting in a missed day of work -had Steve call and offer every excuse for the employee, no apologies, and become belligerent and angry when confronted about it. Gross.

Agree with all the one stars. It’s been 4 months, 8 emails (4 of them unanswered) 3 phone calls to the corporate line, 2 unanswered text, 3 middle managers, and zero progress. Zero is the number of stars they deserve

Worst company I have ever experienced in my life. Was recommended by my insurance company and should have seen the red flags from the start. Had water leaking in a bedroom back in May. They came out and looked at the room but Kurt said he could not go on the roof due to a prior injury and someone would come look. 4 weeks later they peaked up in the roof and said no damage to my roof when water was still leaking in.
