Purchased a lowering kit for my camaro that was supposed to drop by 1". Got a 1" drop up front but only a half inch in the back. Contacted BMR and they blamed installation. Of course it's not their product. Horrible customer service, stay away from their products!!
what a shitty company, i hope they go out of business, they cant seem to make a part that they advertise to work on my challenger work. fuck these guys.....
If I could give minus stars I would, what a terrible Company with poor customer service. Do NOT by from BMR Suspension and do NOT buy their products. The staff give incorrect part numbers and advice costing you hundreds of $ but they will not take ownership of their mistakes or rectify! DO NOT BUY BMR SUPENSION PRODUCTS
Terrible customer service and good luck ever getting anything you ordered. This company is borderline scam.
Had to Cancel my order, every time I checked on it they said 1-2 weeks... its been 8 weeks and still no end in sight so order cancelled. If they had been upfront about not knowing how long from the beginning I would have been happy with the communication and planned accordingly. Instead my car was in pieces waiting 'just 1 more week' for over a month before I gave up. 😡
BMR has horrible customer service. Can’t get in contact with the mustang Sales department again on an order I placed 3 weeks ago. It’s still hasn’t shipped and I have no idea when it will. They are rude on the phone and don’t respond to emails. I can’t say anything about their product but I’d rather go through STEEDA. They are friendly and have quality products. I’ll never purchase anything from BMR again, probably will never get my part and have to dispute it
Terrible customer service. Make sure you leave PLENTY of time between when you order and when you’ll get the parts. Good luck trying to get a realistic shipping date. Mine just keeps getting pushed to the right every week, but when ordering says part is shipped within 24 hours. I’ll never buy BMR again or recommend them to anyone.
RecommendedGlenn Cox is a great asset to the bmr team. It's 8PM on a Saturday and he replied to my install question. He helped me with my initial purchase as well. I've got springs, trailing arms, dif lockout rear sway bar on my 18 1LE and am very happy with not the products and service!
I've been running BMR products on my fbody for over 15 years, it was finally time to change bushings in my lower A arms and Glenn hooked me up right away. initially had a size difference but it was on my end because I didnt tell BMR how old my product was, even then Glen was prompt to send out the right parts immediately. Couldn't ask for better customer service!
