One word to describe my experience would be untrustworthy. We paid them to do our kitchen. They had an itemize list of projects for them to perform and a timeline. We thought this was great, but it was not how it turned out. There were several delays. There were always new charges with very little explanation. We paid them on time. Our initial quote was 75k. Very professional and caring team. They were very supportive in working on my behalf with my insurance company. Their workmanship is superb. The frequent communication and updates shows how caring they are with their customer. They truly get Customer Service. Many companies speak to great customer service but don’t deliver. The BMT team lives those values of delivering great customer satisfaction. They are head and shoulders above others in this industry. I highly recommend the BMR team for any type of home renovation.
