This company is a joke. Project manager takes 2-3 months to get a cost Estimate and then can’t even proof read what they sent over. Overcharging me by about 20k-30k, and then when I started to ask questions they got upset, mad and didn’t answer! (OH MY GOD QUESTIONS!!!! No never!!!!) I legit asked them- does anybody ask questions about a bill…… and their response was we are withdrawing the contract we have, with you. They withdrew the contract with me…. BE CAREFUL WHAT YOU SIGN. While the fire department was still working on my house and my husband had run to get my son some clothes, shoes, and a cellphone (he lost everything in the fire), BMR had my me sign "something". They said it was so they could put a sign in the front yard and be on the premises working if an inspector came by. The document lists no scope of work or estimate for services. I have been reluctant to write this review, since we had hoped to simply put this experience in the past. One year later and BMR Homes remains a nightmare to my family. I work in construction and I have never experienced something so unprofessional and disorganized. BMR over sells and under delivers. It took them 26 months to rebuild our home after a fire. 109 weeks of what was so poorly managed and run with absolutely no sense of urgency.
