Beyond rude receptionist in service. Wow.
I've had nothing but horrible interactions with the staff at BMP the last three years. My apartment often uses them for heating and plumbing issues, but they've consistently avoided fixing the actual issues so they can be called continuously to come out and fix simple things like letting air out of the pipes just to charge more money for emergency situations. When they refuse to come out, we have to call other companies, and they have told me all the same thing - that there is a single issue that needs to be fixes, but BMP w... read more
I just had Daniel from BMP at my place to fix a leaky pipe. It was a difficult one to get to. He was courteous and pretty efficient to. Oh and he was friendly. He did a great job.
