BMP has been great to work with. I have no complaints and would recommend them to everyone!
BPM Electric has no customer service what so ever. They promised to do work for me for 6 months and it never got done. They would tell me every week it was going to get done the next week and it never did. I then started calling everyday and now they will not take my phone call. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. I hired someone else and they took care of it in one day.
The experience with BPM Electric started off bad and then got worse. We initially communicated with the company owner, Brent, in order to to get a quote for the project. The owner gave us a range of $300 to 400 initially and then changed the estimate to $400 to $500 (+ or - ) when scheduling the appointment. BMP’s owner always seemed a bit evasive and didn’t promptly respond to our inquiry to confirm an appointment date and time that he had given us.
