I ordered a Rod Ryan show cares hat. It was shipped from BMP through FedEx. FedEx delivered to a completely different address, other mine,so I didn't receive my package. I called BMP and spoke to Laura Lee. I explained to her what happened, and she very kindly offered to give me another hat,and the option to have it shipped again or I could come to BMP to pick it up I chose to go pick it up personally since FedEx wasn't reliable. Laura Lee was very friendly when I picked up my hat. I BMP is awesome!!! Thank you Laura Lee
