I wish I could do ZERO Star. Didn’t even vacuum good. Horrible place. Never again.
DO NOT bring your vehicle here. I brought my 2026 BMW here in excellent condition with no scratches or damage. After their staff serviced my vehicle, it left with multiple scratches that were not present beforehand. This damage occurred while my car was in their possession. What is even more unacceptable is that I paid for their highest-priced detailing package, yet the service itself was shockingly poor. $40 car wash btw This was my first time taking my car here. Surprised by how quick it was but now it makes sense. I actually regret tipping for this.
For $40 you might as well just wash it yourself. I didn’t notice until I got home that they didn’t wipe down anything on the interior including the dash, doors, cup holders, nada, Nor did they vacuum my seats, and if so it was a poor job because there are still crumbs in the crevices. So basically Just a wash, floor vacuum & tire shine for $40. Nope. Won’t be back
Going there is a waste of money, they just want the money and dont care if the customer is satisfied or not. I paid $41 and honestly is not worth it, it was exact way when I clean myself. After so.much complain, I left and getting home I notice my backseat was almost not dome at all,had to be cl3aning myself and even the dashboard wasnt clean
