Very unhappy with my experience with BMO Vancouver Marathon. I ordered the commemorative sunglasses to go with my 2025 run, but they didn’t come with my race day package. My emails were either ignored for lengthy periods, or responded to with ‘we will post them to you next week’. My last correspondence was several months ago, I have not heard anything since, and my sunglasses have still not arrived. Less annoyed about the actual sunglasses, and more so about the lack of transparency and accountability.

Beautiful and windy running trail. Very hi vibes! Love it😍. Lets run 2026! Suggestions: 1 More instructions or directions to runners toilet at start. U hv many portables but all stuck at entrance! 2 Only one water station has someone to sweep off cups n clear the road. Others cups along the road. Needa broom it whenever as long as not block runners.
Amazing race and experience!! Highly recommend if you trained
