Very unprofessional! There’s time to gossip around between coworkers, but no time to help actual clients. Unacceptable!
Surprise bill at end of month, tried to pay a deposit of $50 + $40 in quarters. I'm told the quarters must be in rolls to be accepted. They were kind to make an exception & take them. But then I see them counting them with a change machine, then telling me that's for businesses only. Am I not a customer, too? What else does a bank have to do, but count money?
Have to go inside to cash a 2 party check. Weird
