My mom has a life insurance with BMO I could not reach the claims departments either phone or email.it’s been 3 weeks now and no one call ,mail or email.it’s very frustrated and you feel helpless especially when you went through the process.Hopefully BMO look into this and considering to serve the customer better
It was awful, when you search BMO bank it shows you this place as a branch but there is not any bank branch at this location. It's a fake location for BMO bank
