My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Conor Ward today. He was lovely, efficient and he helped us with all that we needed. I am glad he was moved here and this is our local bank and I'm sure we will be back. I hope we get to work with him again in the future!

I haven’t seen such poor customer service in quite some time. After my interaction today with the branch MANAGER at this location I was frustrated not only with the lack of outcome, but the utter disrespect I was treated with was shocking. Any other employee would have been fired for treating a customer the way I was treated today. BMO as a bank is fine but the branch manager at this location, Alketa, is a smug and condescending person who is completely inflexible and unwilling to help customers. Because I’ve been a customer for only a short time she was adamant on not helping me with my request. Thankfully a branch manager at another location had a solution for us and was willing to help.
