horrible customer service I came through the drive up lane to make a deposit gave her my total and she tried saying it was off 12 dollars had me recount it after being very argumentative that the machine is never wrong. So I recounted got the same total twice and had her run it again and then of course my number was a dollar off (which I think the machine was still wrong bc I had counted this money 4 times at this point) and she accused me of adding money lol. The machine is not always accurate beware
My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Conor Ward today. He was lovely, efficient and he helped us with all that we needed. I am glad he was moved here and this is our local bank and I'm sure we will be back. I hope we get to work with him again in the future!
No comment just i visit the bank yesterday and I hope 🙏 I would never ever go back again
