My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Conor Ward today. He was lovely, efficient and he helped us with all that we needed. I am glad he was moved here and this is our local bank and I'm sure we will be back. I hope we get to work with him again in the future!

I haven’t seen such poor customer service in quite some time. After my interaction today with the branch MANAGER at this location I was frustrated not only with the lack of outcome, but the utter disrespect I was treated with was shocking. Any other employee would have been fired for treating a customer the way I was treated today. BMO has been a great bank and every one else that I have interacted with in the BMO network have been extremely polite and helpful.
