Worst bank ever. They don’t read well and will make errors on your deposits. They withhold information about your transactions that you could very well call the 1800 number and get. Service is horrible except for one teller (he’s the only guy teller). The manager talks to you like you’re an idiot but can’t even speak good English. I wouldn’t trust them to hold a nickel and be able to tell me where it’s at. I would trust them to inconvenience me though! Apparently they don’t let me deposit checks a day before it’s supposed to transfer. Been here every week for the past 5 months and they’ve done it no problem. Now they can’t! lol won’t be going to this location
Lisa Munemoto was amazing, I highly suggest seeing her when you come here. She is sweet, kind, and attentive and made me leave here feeling very valued as a customer!
