Came here to open a new account as a secondary account. No "bankers" available. To open a new account, as in a new customer. Asked me to drive to a different location. Zero chance im doing that. Must not want my money. Probably better this way.
We called ahead. Asked what to do for financial power of attorney. Followed their instructions... show up and are greeted by extremely rude woman who said we did it wrong.
Went in person for some help opening a account and setting up some savings accounts they had it done fast and easy and answered any and all my questions will definitely be coming back for any other needs
I love this location every time I go in the staff is always helpful and knowledgeable. The tellers are all very polite and the personal bankers are dedicated to helping the customer get the most out of there money. I asked a question about my savings and next thing you know Yolanda the banker I worked with was able to show me different options to get the most interest out of my savings, I don't know about you but I'd rather have my money working for me then just sitting there. needed to all customer service but can't talk to anybody if you don't have a temporary passcode Thank goodness it wasn't an emergency they need to fix this crap why can't you have somebody that answers the customer service line
