Save yourself the headache! Our family has been trying to do an international wire transfer for over a month now. The money wasn’t”t able to be sent and first they said it was because our international bank account was frozen and they couldn’t sent the money. We confirmed with our international bank and everything is active and good standing. Very disappointed with no enthusiasm with the staff here. It feels like I’m at the DMV when I’m talking to a teller. The guy with black bun and mustache is ignorant! Isn’t polite, needs to dress and groom better. You’re representing a bank, not a comic bookstore!
