I've dealt with these clowns a few times recently they put a 10-day hold on a check when I had more than double the amount in the account, and continuously one of the people that work with me has trouble cashing a check there the other day the little teller person Cassie got pissy and hung up, and when you call just speak with the manager she seems to be busy stirring her coffee I spoke with corporate best place is a dump and a dive and I will continue to contact corporate until something is done.

I have had the absolute worst experience with this bank! My Dad was a fan so I gave it a chance. My kiddo’s orthodontist wrote a refund check to us and forgot to put in the payee, the bank accepts the deposit and then locks up my account because of the clerical error on the check. I bring it to the bank give it to the manager. She doesn’t even send it into the fraud department. It’s the envelope the check was mailed in, the refund statement and original check. Had a pleasant experience with a young banker named Keegan. He called to tell me that my checking account was in need of being updated. I've had the same account for 15+ years and it was a completely seamless transition into this new account type. I was hesitant to change but I was assured that this change would have no affect on any of my banking and it was just to avoid potential future fees due to the label my old account was under. I'll definitely be back to this branch
