Had a pleasant experience with a young banker named Keegan. He called to tell me that my checking account was in need of being updated. I've had the same account for 15+ years and it was a completely seamless transition into this new account type. I was hesitant to change but I was assured that this change would have no affect on any of my banking and it was just to avoid potential future fees due to the label my old account was under. I'll definitely be back to this branch

If you are looking for a reckless gamble, horrible customer service and zero accountability then look no further than BMO!! This institution should not be in business. Zero stars.
