Rude, not knowledgeable, and didn’t seem interested in helping regarding applying for a loan
This branch is keeping 900 dollars from me because they put the check I deposited in as 94 dollars instead of the full amount of 900. They said it would be fixed in 2 business days. we are on 4 and they have no explanation why they cant give me the money i am owed. I am at a loss and I need to pay my bills. Poor customer service as they do not call back with updates.
