Don’t use ATMS At this location I made a cash deposit and the ATM literally ate my money and shut off. I tried calling the branch to get help the next morning THEY DO NOT ANSWER THIER PHONES!!!
I usually go to the BMO on Roosevelt rd nearby but decided today to come here. My teller was incredibly friendly and sweet. I overheard the manager talking to somebody else and he was incredibly nice as well. This is honestly the best customer service I've had from any BMO branch. From now on I will drive the extra 2 minutes to come to this location.
Rude, not knowledgeable, and didn’t seem interested in helping regarding applying for a loan
This branch is keeping 900 dollars from me because they put the check I deposited in as 94 dollars instead of the full amount of 900. They said it would be fixed in 2 business days. we are on 4 and they have no explanation why they cant give me the money i am owed. I am at a loss and I need to pay my bills. Poor customer service as they do not call back with updates.
