Extremely disappointing service from a banker named Kashan. I was initially asked to wait just two minutes, but ended up waiting more than 15 minutes while other bankers appeared to be available. I needed to complete a simple wire transfer, but was asked numerous questions and, unfortunately, Kashan ultimately did not seem to know how to process the transaction. Excellent customer service!
HORRIBLE unethical bank. The Vice President Ayesha Hasan is dishonest and creates her own rules for BMO that the other branches dont do. She creates her own policies depending on the mood she is in on that particular day. Has to be the worst bank branch ever. Old bankers seems to have been replaced with very lazy new ones that wont even stand up to say hello when you walk in I will NEVER set foot in that branch again and Im working on dropping BMO for a different bank completly because of her and her incompetent staff
Waited 15 minutes cause only one teller was helping someone and another was gabbing across the room and was like "ope" cause theres a line all to find out i need an account to change a 20 for 2 rolls which would have been nice to know but instead the teller was smug about it. What a joke
DISGUSTING, RACIST, AND XENOPHOBIC EXPERIENCE. This is the most horrible behavior and the worst customer service I've ever received. On July 26th, 2025, at 11:13, I arrived at this location to open an account for my father. He is a foreigner with legal status in the US. A sweet and polite girl at the counter greeted me and asked me to sit in the lobby while waiting for the banker.
