Waited 15 minutes cause only one teller was helping someone and another was gabbing across the room and was like "ope" cause theres a line all to find out i need an account to change a 20 for 2 rolls which would have been nice to know but instead the teller was smug about it. What a joke
DISGUSTING, RACIST, AND XENOPHOBIC EXPERIENCE. This is the most horrible behavior and the worst customer service I've ever received. On July 26th, 2025, at 11:13, I arrived at this location to open an account for my father. He is a foreigner with legal status in the US. A sweet and polite girl at the counter greeted me and asked me to sit in the lobby while waiting for the banker. This branch is terrible, with disengaged employees who clearly don’t value customer service. I called ahead and was told to arrive at 4 pm. When I got there, I was rudely instructed to “run errands” for 45 minutes because the staff was unavailable—despite three employees chatting in the back, so it’s clear they weren’t understaffed. They also know that upper management is hand in glove with them, so customer complaints are useless. I’m closing my account with BMO and taking my business elsewhere. Went to deposit cash in ATM, ATM incorrectly counted it, and spit out less cash than put in. Went inside to inquire about it- after waiting over 25 min, since only one person could address this, I find out that this has already happened once today to someone else, and since "I am not the only Customer they have" they were too busy to put a cone in front of the ATM, and Ilya asked me "Do you see my name on the building outside?" - very condescending and rude, especially since this was 100% the banks fault for not taking prope... read more
