Stopped in to replace debt card. I asked how long it would be. Told a few minutes. Teller asked manager who could help me? He immediately seemed irritated. Looked around and talked with the teller to see who was available. We all could see two bank employees visiting with each other. I was told to sit down and he'd figure out who would help me. The service has been okay. Polite. But we frankly have problems understanding the various dialects of the staff. We know that’s not entirely fixable. They just must speak slowly and distinctly. Please remind staff about this. Since I wrote this many new staff are available and we’ve enjoyed working with the branch manager Nicole. Very professional. We have since moved most of banking to this branch bank.
Our experience was very good. Sumudo J. was very helpful getting our savings better interest rates recommending a Money Market account and a 5%+ Certificate of Deposit. We also got online banking access set up. Thank-you!
Worst bank I've used. They withheld our escrow payment and obfuscated records trying to show that they didn't owe it back to us after switching to a new mortgage. Their online banking interface is buggy. Attempting to open a simple CD account is riddled with problems. Currently on the phone over 40 minutes trying to get them to fix the problem. They can't seem to transfer money between their own BMO accounts from my savings to CD... My wife did the same process at another bank with no issues at all.
