BMO harris is holding my check (from my 401k) funds for 7 business days. After complaining to customer service and the branch manager on Mineral Point she (Lesli) informed me that per the handbook it could be 30 days...like I should be grateful. Her tone was very condescending. Some of the funds was to be used to open a business account, WONT be doing that. And yes her tone was the icing on the cake.

There is a reason I switched from BMO to UW Credit Union. And it just got reminded again. So stupid to have to wait forever to get a debit card to add to my wallet on my phone. Why do I have to add money to set it up when I have money in my savings? So stupid. This is why I hate BMO.
There is a reason for the low reviews. The banker I worked with was unprofessional and very inappropriate in her conversations. Rather than confirm the information I presented not only in written form, but verbally repeatedly, she continued to gossip about topics that had no place in any setting outside of close friends.
