Poor customer service. They’ve closed my account with no notice and they refused to help me fixing the issue. I called in Dells store and they told me Baraboo location was able to help me but they literally said that they can’t help me. What I was trying to do just cash a CHECK. No helpful, poor communication, poor customer service.
Everything is super slow for processing, even in almost 2025. Prepaid cards for the win because what is this here.
Worst bank ever. They put holds on payroll checks. Closing my account Monday and going back to my previous bank.
