I usually bank with Seth and our family loves him! Today I met with Daniel Duran, and wow was he fantastic! He helped me get into better accounts and handle some ongoing issues. Can’t say enough good about him!
My daughter and I went to this branch with some change to deposit about 20 minutes before closing, it wasn’t a ton of change as I could have probably counted it by hand myself in a few minutes but we were refused by all three tellers working because it was close to closing. There were 3 of them with 20 minutes left, and I was still informed I’d have to come back tomorrow so they had all day to count it. Always a wait doing business with the drive-up. The tellers who work the window have to take transactions to the front of the business and then return to the window. Tonight they had one teller and three cars in line.
I had a checking account at this BMO Harris branch here in Plover for 5 years or so. I deposited a check from a friend of mine in 2012 or 2013 made out to me & it bounced. BMO Harris charged me $35 or something like that for a hot check I didn't write! My wallet disappeared in August 2013 & BMO Harris charged me $5 for a new debit card & no other bank charges for a replacement debit card.
