It’s a great bank to go through and all of the employees are very nice and helpful!
Our company had our retirement accounts through this branch. I believe Ryan Krueger was our point of contact. Recently found out that they were taking there 5% off the top annually. Not only is this a high expense, but we've had no communication or advisement for at least the last 3 years. After seeing what other financial advisors are offering, we are moving our money out of this. I had a large transaction and the banker put it in the wrong account. I was told they could fix it and it would be like it never happened. Well they lied now I'm up a creek without a paddle. All I got was a story we were wrong. Bank is awesome but I can't say this location is. I'd advise going to a different branch
