I have been a customer here for many years. I have NEVER had a problem with any employee. Excellent customer service.
My daughter and I stopped in today to take care of a somewhat complicated matter, and both tellers were awesome! Thank you so much!
Do yourself a favor and go to any other bank besides this one! From setting up my account wrong to where I can’t access it because there is too many usernames created to the customer service and trying to get it taken care of was dismal. I spoke with both Monica and Brandon at the branch who were extremely rude and unhelpful. The absolute worst customer service and most unconcerned employees at any BMO branch.
Godawful customer service. The line is all the way to the door, yet only one teller window is open, and that teller is chit-chatting endlessly with the customer she’s ostensibly waiting on, while two bank employees who are evidently too cool to man a teller window gossip aimlessly behind the line of waiting customers. Go to Elm Grove instead.
