While calling, I was stuck on an infinite customer service loop for 2 hours with no ability to be redirected to the local branch representative. It would be less torturous to have walked 5 miles in the rain to talk to someone in person.
9/20/23, I visited this branch to deposit a cashier's check which was issued by BMO Harris Schaumburg. Prior to my visit, the Schaumburg branch had confirmed that the check would be cleared and funds will be available immediately only upon deposit into BMO bank account. I also called the Naperville branch to verifying this information. But when I was in the branch, the staff and branch manager conducted a more than 40 mins verification process including successfully verified the check by calling BMO Schaumburg.
