Lousy service - made a on-line appt. for a new car loan, was given an appt. date and time. The person who we were to see was running the drive-up window.... Kept us waiting 15 minutes, only to find out she didn't know why we were there. Will be pulling out of this bank soon - JP Morgan Chase treats customer much better.

Leaving BMO Harris Bank after 30 years. I'm tired of the fees, especially for my business checking account. BMO doesn't care about my 30 years of being a customer. Branch Manager, Nick and Personal Banker, Allison, both very unhelpful and unprofessional.
BMO Harris Bank is a crock I had to call three different times with three different phones trying to get my loan taken care of and they keep transferring me and putting me on hold and telling me they can't help me. NO ONE use this bank. it SUCKS it's terrible and they are very rude on the phone actually and keep wanting to transfer you from one Department to another and gave me the wrong number twice.
