This Five Stars is for the Branch on 2821 Central. My account was frozen, I was not given any explanation to why it was. Customer service keep giving me the run around. No one was really willing to help me. I went to the Branch Sunil Sehgal really really tried his best to help me out. All this went on for two weeks with no good reason to why my account was frozen with my money. But the Branch manager Sabrina Bolt, really went above and beyond to get it fixed . Went in to open a checking account but when I saw how understaffed it was and how many customers were waiting I walked right out - no thanks

I had my business accounts there for less than a year before closing them and moving elsewhere. Beyond frustrating. People in the branch are very nice, but BMO is an awful, awful place to have your business accounts at. Maximal inconvenience. No good reason to put up with their nonsense when there are other options.

Since you had my last review taken down, I will submit a new one. In short, I had my business accounts there for less than a year before closing them. The experience as a business customer was wholly unsatisfactory. There is a certain amount of inconvenience that comes with closing your accounts, but there is nothing, absolutely nothing that would ever make me want to do business with them again.
