I had my business accounts there for less than a year before closing them and moving elsewhere. Beyond frustrating. People in the branch are very nice, but BMO is an awful, awful place to have your business accounts at. Maximal inconvenience. No good reason to put up with their nonsense when there are other options.
Since you had my last review taken down, I will submit a new one. In short, I had my business accounts there for less than a year before closing them. The experience as a business customer was wholly unsatisfactory. There is a certain amount of inconvenience that comes with closing your accounts, but there is nothing, absolutely nothing that would ever make me want to do business with them again.
I had a wonderful experience in my visit to this branch. I was pleasantly greeted by both clerks who, after my inquiry, directed me to Sunil. He graciously took care of me and soon had me out the door and on my merry way. I very much appreciate the service I received.
