Worst service specially when you trying to withdraw your own money theres this girl her name is susy she has the worst attitude with customers I don't know how can BMO have people like her working in this branch I wish I can give her a -30 BMO management and supervisor should really look into this as a BMO customer no need to suck up to attitudes
When I lived in Chicago, I banked at Northern Trust and Delaware Bank in addition to the Harris Bank on Oak Street and Lakeshore Drive. But when I moved to Evanston, I needed a convenient local bank. Since I lived in downtown Evanston, this branch was the obvious choice. However, until recently I was less than enthused with the service that I received. All that has changed!
