Have an acct with BMO it got frozen they said they need to verify my identity advised me to go into the branch with my ID social security card and proof of address. I went into the branch provided all that information to the branch manager Anthony who is supposed to upload the documentation to their system to unfreeze my account. I brought this information and they made photocopies of all my documents on a Tuesday it's now Saturday and I'm calling to see why my account is still frozen and they tell me that the branch manager... read more
