Have an acct with BMO it got frozen they said they need to verify my identity advised me to go into the branch with my ID social security card and proof of address. I went into the branch provided all that information to the branch manager Anthony who is supposed to upload the documentation to their system to unfreeze my account. Awful
Called the Ahwatukee branch after doing business there for over 20 years. Over that time I had a construction loan several mortgages and had always been treated excellent by the various managers over time. Well all that has changed for the worst. I call to inform the bank that I needed to withdraw $7500 in cash. Doing some renovation work and learning the construction people don’t like dealing with the red tape of banks. Now I know why! Inept and irresponsible… I wouldn’t trust this branch with a single dollar. As a longtime customer, suggested my daughter go here to convert her lease to an auto loan. Spent 45 minutes while Kristen V. fumbled her way through their software. She was unfamiliar with how a leased vehicle could be purchased at end of lease. Kristen’s manager came in at one point to help (never acknowledging us). Kristen told us the bank was having a software problem and would call us with a decision the next business day.
