so after having some problems online with a purchase I called the 1-800 # I was told I had to come into a branch that I couldn't be helped over the phone. after clearing up my issue with a branch manager I was instructed to check with the teller to make sure mycard was working properly. after being told by the teller Brittany that my card was fine and working properly I sat in the the bank made a cup of coffee and did a few things online. when I finally left after 15 or 20 minutes and get 10 minutes down the road I got a cal... read more
I have always had a good experience & receive super friendly care from all the ladies except yesterday. The teller was a new face I've never seen before & she was not very friendly or helpful & forced me to go to cash my US Treasury check @ the currency exchange for extra fee.
