I was at the Dr with my mom. My mom needed to call the bank about her account. I had the phone on speaker so she didn’t have to hold it. Diana answered the phone and mom explained that she needed her to check on her account because over the weekend she had called because there was a charge that was done on a purchase mom was trying to make that don’t go through but the money was still taken. Disgraceful. The banker Diane or Diana treats the elderly horrible and then goes and criticizes the elderly to who she’s helping. My grandmother went in there with a complaint about her and she then left to help someone else and was talking about my grandmother to the other customer. Is this how they do business? My grandmother has been hacked numerous times here, it makes me wonder if the workers have something to do with it especially the banker Diane. If your account gets frozen then you’re basically just of out luck. Can’t even call the branch itself, you’ll get directed to some offshore call center in India where they place you on hold and hang up. BMO is completely useless
Only came in for a new card real quick but I gotta say Jaween(I hope I spell his name right!) was absolutely fantastic to talk to. Got my new card but went above and beyond customer service and even had a decent little chat with him. Great/different experience @ the bank and I’m from out of town so to have such hospitality like that at a Bank of all places was a great change of everything I’ve experienced in customer services areas. Definitely if I need to will be back to this location!
Very bad service. Kelli is the super lazy and bad customer service person I have ever met in any of BMO bank. No response to my calls , emails or even my personal visits. Just needed one thing from them and it’s been 2 months and still no response. Had to take days off from work to go there and ask for updates , yet, no response at all. Will never recommend anyone this branch.
